What does a truck dispatch service do?
A truck dispatcher finds loads for your trucks, negotiates the rate with brokers and plans the next load before you deliver, so your trucks don't sit empty. At Galmat Dispatch, one real dispatcher works your trucks, your drivers and your lanes, and sends you a report every week.
Who is Galmat Dispatch for?
Small trucking companies running 2 to 10 trucks under their own MC authority. We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck.
How much does it cost to start?
Nothing. There is no setup fee and nothing to pay upfront. You pay our fee only after your factoring company has paid you for the delivered load.
How do I get paid?
Your driver delivers and sends the signed BOL, the paperwork goes to your factoring company, and they pay you. Only after that money is in your account do you pay us.
What do I need to sign up?
Five documents: your MC/DOT authority, a W-9, a certificate of insurance, the notice of assignment (NOA) from your factoring company, and our signed dispatch agreement. Email or text them to us and we get to work.
What is in the weekly report?
Your money (gross, what's paid, what's still waiting on factoring), your trucks (miles, rate per mile, empty miles, next load) and your drivers (who hauled what, on time or not, and any trouble on the road).
